SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
All LAYERPLAN products are shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai.
Please note items may take up to 7 days to be dispatched and delivery is expected to take between 7-10 days after dispatch. Delivery time might be subject to possible delays due to customs clearance. We do not take responsibility for any shipping delay.
LAYERPLAN takes great care in packing all merchandise to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. However, we are not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost in transit. During shipments, all packages are insured. We kindly ask you to verify the contents upon delivery. If the package or its contents are damaged upon arrival, please report it to your delivery courier immediately, or no later than two days after receipt. Then, return the merchandise to us.
Standard international shipping costs apply.
Estimated delivery times are subject to the acceptance of your order and will be calculated from the date on which your order is placed, unless otherwise specified. Different terms and conditions may apply for different shipping destinations. We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been placed.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at services@layerplan.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how to fulfil the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping of their return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items purchased through a sale or promotion are not eligible for a full refund, but may be eligible for store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
