LAYERPLAN is a proudly women-owned business, with Vicky Xu and Jenny Chen as the founders and minds behind the brand. Both studied at Central St Martins University in London, then gained invaluable combined experience in the luxury fashion sector before joining forces to create LAYERPLAN in 2021.
